Cheezy Sauce

Makes 2 cups

Serve this sauce over pasta, baked potato, or any food you would like cheese sauce!

1 1/3 cups water
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons tahini (sesame seed paste)
1/4 cup quick-cooking oats (not instant)
1/3 cup nutritional yeast
1 roasted red pepper

Blend all ingredients in a blender until very smooth. Transfer to a saucepan, and heat over medium heatówhisk or stir constantly while heating. When itís thick and smooth, itís ready to serve.
