Piquant Dressing

Makes 1/2 cup

This dressing with a Mexican flavor can be as spicy as the salsa you use to make it.

1/4 cup seasoned rice vinegar
1/4 cup salsa
1 garlic clove, pressed

Whisk all ingredients together.

Per 1 tablespoon
