Makes 6 1/2-cup servings
Couscous cooks in minutes and makes a delicious side dish or salad.
Bring salted water to a boil in a small pan. Stir in couscous, then remove pan from heat and cover it. Let stand 10 to 15 minutes, then fluff couscous with a fork and serve.
