Banana ShakeMakes 1 serving This shake is a real hit with children. Frozen bananas make it thick and creamy. To freeze bananas, peel and cut or break into 1-inch pieces. Place in freezer on flat tray until frozen, then transfer to an airtight container for storage. 1
