Apricot-Pineapple GelMakes about 2 1/2 cups

natural
apricot juice
In a large saucepan stir all ingredients together until completely smooth. Bring to a simmer. Simmer uncovered, stirring constantly, for about 3 minutes, until slightly thickened. Pour into serving dishes and chill completely. Per 1-cup serving
