Makes 6 servings
Boil potatoes for about 10 minutes. Drain and cover with cold water, then drain and pat dry. Cut in half lengthwise and carefully thread onto skewers. Sprinkle cut side with seasoning mix. Place on grill over medium coals and grill for 5 minutes on each side, until tender and brown.
